Nature has provided a bounty of foods for us to consume. There are many different fruits and vegetables that can be consumed by us without any damage to our body. All the procesed foods are the ones that have to be avoided. The reason for this is that the processed foods do not have any nutrients, but instead, they have been cleaned off the nutrients.


Fruits and vegetables that are colorful are the best for good health. A person can also consume this without fear of putting on a lot of weight. This makes this one of the healthiest foods that can be consumed by us.
